Are you new to teaching and want some support? Do you have a program you love, but need help preparing your educator-staff to present it? I got you. I am an experienced educator and trainer who has built train-the-trainer programs for students, staff, advocate educators, and military personnel worldwide. I can implement this online or in-person.

Teacher self-efficacy is a critical component of program success. People have often not been given the tools to help them succeed which creates self-doubt and fear, but armed with the right tools and the time to practice in a safe and supportive environment, we can feel better prepared to have conversations and teach others.

Participants will leave with the tools to present the material, facilitate discussion, and respond to difficult questions. They will understand how to make the program relevant for participants using group work, role-plays, scenarios, and other think-pair-share activities. Finally, staff will leave more confident in the material and themselves. E. E. Cummings said, “Once we believe in ourselves, we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight, or any experience that reveals the human spirit”
